Class Description and Fees
Y-Bo: A 50 minute aerobic, non-combat class that combines moves from kickboxing
and other martial arts. A great workout for the whole body burning anything
from 350 to 800 calories per hour.
Circuit: A circuit session consists of a series of exercises or stations performed in
succession with minimal rest intervals in between. An effective way to
develop both strength and aerobic fitness simultaneously.
Step: A 50 minute class using a height adjustable Step. Simple to follow
Choreography - this workout gives all over body tone and great fat
burning results. A simple, athletic, fun workout for all.
Pump: The original Barbell weights class that strengthens your entire body,
challenging all your major muscle groups using the best weight room
exercises.
Step/Pump: Get the best out of both classes in one awesome total body workout.
Ys Fit: A general fitness class, low impact. Simple to follow, fun choreography.
Suitable for all fitness levels.
Pilates: A class focusing on core muscles, flexibility and building strength. Helping
to improve posture and breath control through better breathing
techniques.
Yoga: A friendly class that increases joint mobility and spinal flexibility. Muscles
are relaxed and toned, enhancing mind, body and spirit.
Ys Kids: A 50min Circuit based fun exercise class for children, incorporating Aerobic
Fitness, strength, flexibility and core stability and co-ordination.
