STADIUM
500m2 basketball stadium with mezzanine viewing area. Suitable for basketball, indoor soccer, volleyball, martial arts, community groups, functions and as a training venue for most sporting pursuits.

Hirage $45.00 per hour

Please enquire for longer term usage (i.e day, week rates) as there is potential for specific rates according to usage.

CONFERENCE ROOM HIRE
Conference room facilities include seating and tables for approximately 30 participants. Large white board, gas heating and adjoining kitchen facilities are also available as part of the room hire. Catering is available on request at extra cost.

Hirage $30-45 per hour according to group size and overall usage hours.

AEROBICS ROOM
The aerobics space has wall to wall mirrors ideal for class, group or dance work. ½ the floor is sprung and there is a stage and stereo system set up in the room that is available as part of the usage agreement.
An instructor for a class can be made available at extra cost.

Hirage: $30.00 per hour.

Aerobics classes are run out of this space for fitness centre members at no extra cost to their membership, for further information please contact Valley Fitness.

FITNESS CENTRE AND CARDIO SUITE
We have a fully equipped fitness centre with a wide range of resistance and cardio equipment. This equipment includes treadmills, cross-trainers, rowers, cycles and spin cycles. Resistance equipment includes pin weight machines, 3 way bench press, squat rack, cable cross over machine, benches, dumbbells, barbells, swiss balls, duradiscs and foam rollers.

Fully equipped fitness testing room is available for both members (assessments free as part of membership) and outside users (on request at a cost).

Use of the fitness centre is through either paying a casual fee or purchasing a fitness centre membership. Please go to the membership section to view membership entitlements and types of membership.

CHANGING FACILITIES
Separate changing areas for male and female members. Changing rooms for each gender include 7 showers with each having its own cubicle with dry space to hang clothing. There are two toilets and benches available for changing.
